Return/Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
30 Day Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our first concern so if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your internet purchase you can return any unused item that has not been worn or altered by custom engraving, sizing, or setting, and in its original new condition within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot except returns on special order items, custom designed, or altered in any way.
Note: Gold of America is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Return Process
When we receive your return and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 7 days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, set, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused for receipt. Be sure to include all packaging and collateral material, including any certificates. Ship your return item via the US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of your purchase. Be sure to request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

How To Return An Item?
Step 1. Obtain Your Return Authorization Number:
Contact us at sales@goldofamerica.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.
Step 2. Package Your Order:
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
Step 3. Shipping & Insurance:
Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with.
Please note: For security purposes, Do Not Write Gold of America or the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
